If you or another person is experiencing an immediate emergency, is at risk of serious harm, or requires urgent medical or psychiatric assistance, you should contact the appropriate emergency service, hospital, crisis service or qualified healthcare professional in your location immediately.

Online consultations may have limitations compared with face-to-face consultations, including limitations relating to physical examination, observation, technology, internet connectivity and the information available to the practitioner.
d.
We do not guarantee that a consultation will result in a particular diagnosis, treatment outcome, prescription, referral or other clinical result.

Where appropriate, we may recommend that you seek an in-person assessment, emergency care, specialist assessment or other healthcare service.
