- 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Refund Process: If you cancel your appointment within the stipulated time frame, you will be eligible for a full refund of any fees paid.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund due to the short notice. This policy helps us manage our appointment schedule and availability for other clients effectively.
